Leans Attack — its strongest of the five comp axes.
Ranked by how close their five-axis heatmap looks — role-agnostic.
Win rate when Leona's team secured at least one of each drake, next to the all-champion rate in that same state. Teams that take dragons are usually already ahead, so every champ wins more with them — the honest read is the gap, i.e. whether Leona beats the average team that also has the drake. Single-drake samples are thin; treat small counts as suggestive.
The level-3 spike is the key breakpoint — Samira's W can parry incoming poke and Leona's W shields through it — turning an even trade into a strong all-in; Leona's level-6 chain CC then buys enough time for Samira to stack her passive and unload her ultimate.
via Skill Capped ↗Leona's chain CC (E root into Q or R stun) holds a target still long enough for Corki's E (Gatling Gun) to run its full 4-second channel and stack its armor/magic-resist shred to max, so a target that looks locked down for 'just a stun' actually eats a fully-ramped DPS window on top of it; Corki's W (Valkyrie) also lets him follow her engage in without walking through the enemy's poke first.
